From saved search to alert.

Five steps, two of them yours. The rest runs every 30 minutes without you doing anything. The site is Dutch first: the product, the tender data and the alerts are in Dutch.

  1. You save a search

A search is a set of keywords and filters. Every keyword must appear, a quoted phrase counts as one term and a minus sign excludes a word. You can add CPV codes, provinces, buyer type, a value range, the procedure and a minimum number of days until closing.

  2. We read TenderNed and TED

Every 30 minutes we fetch the new Dutch publications. A tender on both platforms is shown once, based on the TenderNed notice with a link to TED.

  3. Each notice is checked against your searches

Only contract notices create alerts, not awards. For every match we keep the reason it fits, and that sentence appears in the email.

  4. You get an email

Instant searches email in the same run. Daily searches send one digest at 07:00 Dutch time. On the free plan the digest arrives 24 hours later.

  5. Changes stay current

A rectification updates the tender. You only get a new alert when the closing date moved.
